Digitally Disillusioned

In case anyone was wondering, I’m not dead … yet.

Let me blow through the highlights of my personal life over the past few weeks. We’re in Edmonton now, set up in a quaint little apartment disconcertingly close to a major freeway. The audio impact of that proximity was a little bit hard to swallow, but this was overcome with judicious application of a fan to create some white noise.

On my last day of work in Lethbridge I managed to smash my sister in laws car into someone else. The insurance rigamarole on that is still playing itself out.

Sunday morning we discovered that someone had stolen our license plate. What a lovely welcome to the city of Edmonton.

I’ve started my new position at Bioware Edmonton, but its so early in the process that I don’t really have anything to report on that.

More later - but I’m definitely not dead.
