Meet my Sandwich

There have been a lot of different ups and downs about moving to Edmonton. But let me introduce you to my lunch:
- local, fresh baked light rye bread
- locally produced pastrami
- fine imported authentically swiss Emmental
- dijon mustard
This is the best sandwich I’ve ever had.
Some other time I’ll tell you about the coffee.
I prefer local Emmental and imported Rye, myself.
Mmm, sandwiches. One downside about my recent move is not having a Subway within five minutes of my apartment. (OK, maybe not the best sandwiches there are, but I moved my roast beef on toasted parmesan bread.)
