Today, en route to the local off-leash park, I encountered at long last visible evidence of my new nemesis: snow mold. With our excessive snow falls and frequent melts apparently the conditions are ripe for a lawn condition I’d never ever heard…of…er…wait a minute…

There have been a lot of different ups and downs about moving to Edmonton. But let me introduce you to my lunch:
local, fresh baked light rye bread
locally produced pastrami
fine imported authentically swiss Emmental
dijon mustard
This is the best sandwich I’ve ever had.
